The controller responsible for data processing on this site is Kubermatic GmbH, Willy-Brandt-Straße 23, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. Data protection contact and, where applicable, the Data Protection Officer will be listed here on approval.
What we intend to process
- Hosting. The site is served via Netlify; standard server logs may be processed by the hosting provider. (Sub-processor terms to be confirmed.)
- Contact forms. When a contact/lead form is enabled, the data you submit is used to respond to your enquiry. (Form processor — e.g. HubSpot — to be confirmed.)
- Analytics. Any analytics will be disclosed here with its lawful basis and opt-out. At launch, no third-party analytics is enabled by default.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The full statement of rights and how to exercise them will be completed on approval.
